Welcome to Unbreakable by Design LLC. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:





1. Custom Orders & Processing



  • All clothing and DTF (Direct-to-Film) products are made to order. Each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
  • Production times may vary. Estimated turnaround times will be shown during checkout.
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.






2. Customer-Provided Files for DTF Printing



If you upload an image or design for DTF printing:


  • The print quality will match the quality of the file you upload.
  • We do not automatically enhance, fix, or edit files unless requested.
  • You are responsible for uploading a high-resolution file. We are not responsible for pixelated or blurry prints caused by low-quality uploads.






3. Returns & Exchanges



  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there was an error on our end.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method.






4. Klarna Purchases (Special Terms)



  • Customers who complete their purchase using Klarna have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery, including custom-made items, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds for Klarna purchases will only be issued back to the original Klarna payment method.
  • Klarna cannot be used for membership subscriptions or gift card purchases.






5. Final Sale Policy



  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in Section 4 (Klarna Purchases).
  • Please double-check sizing, spelling (for personalized items), and customization details before placing your order.






6. Shipping & Delivery



  • Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Once an order ships, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
  • Double-check your shipping address. Orders sent to the wrong address (provided at checkout) are the buyer’s responsibility.






7. Intellectual Property



All designs, graphics, and content on this website belong to Unbreakable by Design LLC. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without permission.





8. Policy Updates



We may update our Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
