Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Unbreakable By Design LLC (UBD), we offer subscription-based membership options in addition to one-time purchases.

We believe membership terms should be simple, transparent, and easy to manage. This policy explains recurring billing, membership benefits, cancellations, and refunds.

1. UBD Membership & Subscription Terms

Our UBD Membership is offered at $4.99 per month, unless a different price is clearly displayed and accepted at checkout.

By enrolling in a membership, you authorize Unbreakable By Design LLC to charge your selected payment method automatically at the disclosed billing frequency.

• Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled.

• The membership price and billing frequency are disclosed before purchase.

• Memberships do not require a long-term commitment unless expressly stated and agreed to at enrollment.

• Members receive the benefits described in their selected membership plan, which may include free shipping on eligible subscription orders.

Membership benefits, exclusions, and eligibility requirements are displayed with the applicable membership offer.

2. Customer Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your UBD Membership at any time.

Customers who enroll online may cancel online using the cancellation option provided through their account or subscription management portal.

• Cancellation requests do not require a reason.

• No cancellation fees apply.

• Cancellation of automatic renewal takes effect without unnecessary delay.

• Once cancellation is effective, no further membership renewal charges will be scheduled.

• Membership benefits generally remain available through the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

If a renewal payment has already been processed, please contact us to review any applicable refund rights.

3. Membership Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable for billing periods that have already begun, except where required by applicable law or otherwise approved by UBD.

Refunds may be provided in circumstances including:

• Duplicate membership charges

• Incorrect billing amounts

• Unauthorized transactions

• Other circumstances requiring a refund under applicable law

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Canceling a membership stops future automatic renewals but does not automatically refund previously paid membership fees.

4. Membership Changes & Pricing Updates

UBD may occasionally update membership pricing, features, or benefits.

When required, customers will receive advance notice of material changes.

For applicable California subscriptions, notice of a membership fee change will be provided at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new price takes effect.

Customers will have the opportunity to cancel their membership before the updated pricing applies.

Changes requiring additional customer consent will not take effect without that consent.

5. Automatic Renewal Disclosures & Reminders

Before enrollment, customers will be provided with the membership price, billing frequency, automatic renewal terms, and cancellation instructions.

UBD will obtain the required consent before activating recurring billing.

A confirmation containing membership terms and cancellation instructions will be provided.

We will also provide legally required renewal notices, annual reminders, and other subscription communications.

6. Cancellation or Suspension by UBD

UBD reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships for legitimate reasons, including:

• Failed or declined payments

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Unauthorized account use

• Material violations of membership terms

If UBD terminates a paid membership before the end of its billing period, any refund or adjustment owed will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases do not automatically enroll customers in recurring membership billing.

Purchases of custom apparel, DTF transfers, and other merchandise remain subject to our separate Refund & Return Policy and Terms of Service.

Canceling a membership does not automatically cancel an existing merchandise order.
