At Unbreakable By Design, we offer subscription-based purchase options in addition to one-time purchases. This policy explains the terms for recurring subscriptions and cancellations.
1. Subscription Terms
- By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges of $4.99 (or as otherwise stated at checkout) to your selected payment method.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) until canceled.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us at unbreakablebydesignn@gmail.com.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
3. Refunds on Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
- Refunds will only be granted in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or if required by applicable law.
4. Changes to Subscriptions
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, frequency, or features. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to cancel before the new terms take effect.
5. Cancellation by Us
- We may suspend or cancel a subscription if payment fails, fraudulent activity is suspected, or the subscription is misused.
