At Unbreakable By Design LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made apparel and products. Please review our updated refund and return policy below.





1. General Policy



  • All products are custom-made to order. Because of this, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
  • For all other payment methods (non-Klarna), this policy applies in full.






2. Damaged or Incorrect Items



  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at unbreakablebydesignn@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method.






3. Klarna Purchases



In compliance with Klarna’s Buyer Protection and Return Policy:


  • Customers who complete their purchase using Klarna have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund with free return postage.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Due to sanitary reasons, any worn or personalized/custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Restocking fees, store credits, or exchanges do not apply to Klarna purchases.
  • Refunds for Klarna orders will be issued to the original Klarna payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.






4. Shipping Costs



  • For Klarna returns, return shipping is covered.
  • For all other payment methods, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
