5. Afterpay, Affirm & Other Payment Methods

Unbreakable By Design LLC accepts Afterpay, Affirm, and other approved payment methods available at checkout.

Our Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases, regardless of payment method, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and payment provider requirements.

• All custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order purchases are final sale, except for damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled items, or where otherwise required by law.

• Using Afterpay or Affirm does not automatically qualify an order for a return, cancellation, or refund.

• Approved Afterpay refunds will be processed through the original Afterpay transaction.

• Afterpay will adjust remaining installment payments and refund eligible amounts already paid according to its procedures.

• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Customers are responsible for maintaining scheduled installment payments unless their payment provider confirms an adjustment.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided under applicable law or payment provider buyer protection requirements.
